I will tell you this: it was two if us, no italian speaking, no appointment. They treat us good, served us between their appointments. The services was nice, fast and good quality. I love my new nails and I paid only 25 euro for them. This salon shoud have better raiting, I just feel that the people did not rate it accordingly to reality.
Really lovely people working there, they were super accommodating to me even without an appointment and they lady (I believe her name was Shirley?) did an AMAZING pedicure.
Excellent work. I don't speak Italian and they made an effort to explain everything to me. The job was quick and very thorough. Thank you very much !!!!

I've known this center for three years now and have used their services several times. I've read some less-than-favorable comments. Unfortunately, I have to confirm some... it's true, some young beauticians may have less experience than just lack of training. Fortunately, I've been pampered by a fantastic operator. She's extremely knowledgeable, kind, gentle, and elegant. I'll always ask her for everything. Of all the beauty centers in Bari (both renowned and otherwise) I've tried over and over again, trying to explain my desired nail shape (both toenails and fingernails), she's the ONLY one who's satisfied me. I'll try other treatments, semi-permanent, manicures, and massages. She's honest, especially in not selling smoke, as unfortunately happens in other beauty centers, where they promise results through cutting-edge equipment that never quite deliver. Unfortunately, life events often lead us to neglect ourselves, to be short on time, and to have other priorities. Rating 5***** ++++
